This will be a 6 week fitness & health challenge
beginning and ending with…FIGHT GONE BAD!
Oh yeah, we’re doing it!


  • – 6 Week Challenge Beginning 1/4
  • – Before and After Weigh-Ins
  • – Before and After Photos
  • – Challenge T-Shirt
  • – Nutrition Workshop & Counceling
  • – Weekly Check-Ins from your Coach
  • – 3 Special Saturday Workouts
  • – PRIZES for the top man and top woman with the best overall success!
  • – $100/person

Fight Gone Bad is a classic CrossFit benchmark workout.

3 ROUNDS OF:

  • – Wall Balls (20/14) for 1 minute
  • – Sumo DL High Pull (75/55) for 1 minute
  • – Box Jumps (20″/20″) for 1 minute
  • – Push Press (75/55) for 1 minute
  • – Row for 1 minute
  • – Rest for 1 minute
  • YOUR SCORE IS YOUR TOTAL REPS

This is an individual challenge.  The schedule for this challenge is:

  • – Sat, Jan 4th…………Nutrition, before photos, weigh-in, then FGB!  (12p-2p)
  • – Sat, Jan 18th………..Special 2-hour Saturday workout (12p-2p)
  • – Sat, Feb 1st…………Special 2-hour Saturday workout (12p-2p)
  • – Thurs, Feb 13th…..After photos, after weigh-in and FGB in class!
  • – Fri, Feb 14th……….Winners Announced!

You’ll be done just in time for Valentine’s Day!
