Beginners - Getting Started is as easy as 3-2-1 GO!

Step #1

Try our FREE Intro to CrossFit Class Saturdays at 8am. This is a 1-hour class where we explain what CrossFit is, show you a few movements then take you through a WOD (Workout of the Day).

Step #2

On-Ramp. Sign up for either a 12 session group on ramp course or 4 one-on-one training sessions with a coach to learn the basics that will prepare you for joining regular CrossFit classes.

Step #3

Become a member! Our monthly memberships include unlimited classes. We suggest you come as regularly as possible, perhaps 2-4 times a week, so that you stay consistent in your training. Also, take advantage of our Open Gym times to get in some extra practice.
