Goal Specific Training

Do you have a goal you want to achieve?
Maybe get that first Pull-Up, Muscle Up,
Handstand Walk/Push-Up or something similar?


Ruination CrossFit is proud to announce a Goal Specific Training package to help you reach your goal.  We have found that if you commit both time and money towards a specific goal you are much more likely to achieve it.  Having that accountability with a Coach on a set schedule over a relatively short period will keep you focused and on track to succeed.  This program is available for only $149!

Here’s how it works:

  • Session 1:  Meet with your coach to discuss what your goal is and where you currently are with it.  Then they will work with you for 30 minutes on skill exercises specific to that goal.  They will give you a set of exercises to be done before or after classes, or during Open Gym.
  • Session 2:  Meet with your coach to show them where you are after 2 weeks of working on your skill exercises.  Your coach will re-evaluate where you are, work with you for 30 minutes, then give you a new set of skill exercises to work on over the next 2 weeks.
  • Session 3:  Meet with your coach to show them where you are after 4 weeks.  Work with them for 30 minutes and hopefully show them that you have achieved your goal!

If at any time during the 4 weeks you have questions, your coach is there for you to answer them!  At the end, you may decide to continue working on the skills you’ve learned on your own or purchase another 4 week package.  That is completely up to you and where you are at the end of the 4 week goal specific program.
