It all comes down to this, the final day of testing.  Here are the leaders going into the last weekend.

WOD # 4

A) 30/25 Alternating Pistols

30/25 Handstand Push-ups

30/25 Burpee Box Jumps 24″/20″

10 minute cap

B) Deadlift ladder.  The ladder is setup as 5 progressively heavier barbells, followed by 2 minutes rest before progressing to the next set of 5 lifts.  There are 3 sets of 5 lifts (for a total of 15 lifts).  You will have 50 seconds for each lift, with 10 seconds for transition to the next bar.  Once you fail a particular lift in the time period, you are finished.  The weights are as follows:

1st set) 335/165, 345/175, 355/185, 365/195, 375, 205

2nd set) 385/215, 395/225, 405/235, 415/245, 425/255

3rd set) 435/265, 445/275, 455/285, 465/295, 475/305
