The Crossfit community of Northern California can count on seeing this side of Jeff this weekend.

Good luck to Jeff Haynes this weekend at the “Diamond Of The Tough” masters competition. We all know Jeff as one of the hardest workers in the gym and you can bet he will go up to Santa Cruz and give it everything he’s got. If you are ever in a class with Jeff you know he’s the nicest guy around, but don’t let it fool you because he can bring some intensity to a workout like no other. Good luck Jeff, SALUTE!!!!
