Two Summer Sports Performance Camps

 


OC Rebels Lacross – Sports Performance Camp

This is an 8-week camp specifically designed for OC Rebel Lacross Players.

  • 16 Sessions / 8 Weeks
  • June 15th – August 13th
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 2pm – 3pm
  • $225 per Player

The coaches at Ruination Athletic Performance are working closely with the OC Rebels Lacrosse Coaches to put together an 8-week conditioning camp with movements designed to increase a players work capacity, power, speed and team-building.  Minimum of 8 participants is required. $225/player.


Teen Sports Performance Camp

This is an 8-week camp designed for teens between the ages of 13 and 18 (or are turning 13 by 12-31-15).

  • 16 Sessions / 8 Weeks
  • June 16th – August 14th
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 2pm – 3pm
  • $225 per Player

The coaches at Ruination Athletic Performance have put together an 8-week conditioning camp with movements designed to increase a players work capacity, power, speed and team-building.  Minimum of 8 participants is required. $225/player.
