BirthFit – This past weekend Coach Alexa attended the 3 day BirthFit workshop up in Venice Beach California. BirthFit is a program that teaches women and other fitness experts how to approach the whole pregnancy process. Here at Ruination Crossfit we have several expecting ladies, and new moms attend our group classes. Its important that they are aware of what to do, and what not to do, when doing Crossfit during the prenatal and postpartum periods.
