Teams of 3 (1 person working at a time)

 75 Axle Bar Deadlift (205/135)
*After every 25 deadlifts, team completes 40 box jump (30″/24″)
100 Heavy Wall Balls (25/20)
*After every 25 wall balls, each person completes a 200m Sandbag Run
125 Dumbbell Press (45/30)
*After every 25 DB push press, team completes 10 D-Ball Ground-Over-Shoulder (150/80)

– Scaling and movement standards will be covered before the start of the workout
