“Prepping for the Week”

Whether you are looking to lose weight or just maintain,
the best way to stay on point with your diet,
is to BE PREPARED!

Saturday, March 23rd at 8:00am join Coach Harry, Stacey and Shannon
as we explain to you how to prepare yourself for a week of healthy eating.


This 1-hour workshop will include:

  •      • The basics on Zone and Paleo
  •      • Recipes for easy dishes and snacks
  •      • A menu for the week
  •      • Shopping tips & tricks
  •      • Q&A with Coach Harry

We have 2 Workshop Options:  

Workshop Only = $25, includes everything listed above

Workshop + Food = $75, includes everything listed above PLUS:

  •      • 14 Rubbermaid containers filled with food to get you started for the week
  •      • Insulated bag from Trader Joe’s in Ruination colors
