Fearless Ladybug Challenge
We are raising $$ to help fellow member Allyson
with her fight against breast cancer.

PLEASE NOTE:  Morning classes will do the WOD posted.  Night classes will be heats of the Fearless Ladybug WOD every 15 minutes beginning at 4:30pm.  Stay for barbecue and beer and to cheer on those doing their “Challenge Jars”.  Questions?  Email shannon@ruinationcrossfit.com
