TOMORROW THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE REPAVING OF THE PARKING LOT. WE WILL BE RUNNING TWO MORNING CLASSES AND TWO EVENING FOR WEDNESDAY JUNE 5th 2013 ONLY.

CLASS TIMES & LOCATIONS:
5:00 AM, 6:00 AM (On La Paz Rd. in between Mosquero Ln. & Pradera Dr. at the Track)
5:30 PM, 6:30 PM (On La Paz Rd. in between Mosquero Ln. & Pradera Dr. upper parking lot)

400 Meter run
Joint mobility + Dynamic stretches
3 sets of:
100 yard suicide
– Rest 90 sec.

Every five minute for 6 rounds:
Sprint 200 Meters
Run 400 Meters
– Rest the remainder of each five minute period. Score is time for 200 Meter sprints.
