Beginners - Getting Started is as easy as 3-2-1 GO!

Step #1

Try a class along side a coach. We will take you through the entire class.

Step #2

Do (2) one-on-one sessions to learn the Foundational Movements of CrossFit with a coach, going at your speed and based on your current fitness level. Our coaches will prepare you for joining regular CrossFit classes.

Step #3

Become a member! Your initial membership includes group classes once you finish your personal sessions. We suggest you come as regularly as possible, perhaps 2-4 times a week, so that you stay consistent in your training.
