Our 7am class takes down the Monday back squat EMOM. As a reminder, some of the programming during the month of May will be dedicated to “Murph”, and building volume in running, push ups, pull-ups and air squats. This weeks training will consist of CrossFit baseline workout “Cindy”. If you have a friend, family member or co-worker interested in trying out a class bring, them Wednesday for a classic. As always, all levels are welcome!
