Starting Tuesday (August 27th) of this week we will start a 6
week gymnastic focused program. Sessions will be programmed
on Tuesday and Thursday. The focus will be bodyweight pulling
and pressing strength, kipping pull-ups, both regular and butterfly,
as well as muscle ups (ring/bar). Programming will be posted
to whiteboard and print outs will be provided before classes.
