Fight Gone Bad is a classic CrossFit benchmark workout.
3 ROUNDS OF:
- – Wall Balls (20/14) for 1 minute
- – Sumo DL High Pull (75/55) for 1 minute
- – Box Jumps (20″/20″) for 1 minute
- – Push Press (75/55) for 1 minute
- – Row for 1 minute
- – Rest for 1 minute
- YOUR SCORE IS YOUR TOTAL REPS
This is an individual challenge. The schedule for this challenge is:
- – Sat, Jan 4th…………Nutrition, before photos, weigh-in, then FGB! (12p-2p)
- – Sat, Jan 18th………..Special 2-hour Saturday workout (12p-2p)
- – Sat, Feb 1st…………Special 2-hour Saturday workout (12p-2p)
- – Thurs, Feb 13th…..After photos, after weigh-in and FGB in class!
- – Fri, Feb 14th……….Winners Announced!
