Get Jacked

“Get Jacked” is an 8-Week Challenge That Includes:

– 5 Specialized Saturday Classes
– 4 One on One Counseling Sessions with Your Coach
– Strength-Based Programming
– Before & After Pictures and Measurements (optional)
– Nutritional Counseling for Optimal Lean Muscle Gain
– Separate WOD Together Whiteboard to Track Progress


Challenge Begins January 12th

This challenge is designed to help you increase your strength and to gain muscle through specialized strength-based programming.  

– Begins with the CrossFit Total:  Shoulder Press, Back Squat and Deadlift

– Optional before and after pictures will be taken as well as some
measurements to determine how “jacked” you get!

– On the final challenge day, we will repeat the CrossFit Total Workout so
that you can see the increase in your CrossFit Total score.

– During the challenge, participants will meet with their coach every other
week to discuss goals and to check in with how they are doing.

– Every Saturday, programming will be posted for you to complete during
the week – either at open gym or during regular class times.

– The 5 Specialized Saturday Classes will be at 10am on:
Jan 12th, Jan 26th, Feb 9th, Feb 23rd, and the finale on March 9th.
These workouts will be fun and different than the weekly program provided.

– Space is limited to 15 participants

– Cost is $150 per Person

– Registration opens at 9:00am on January 1, 2013
