NOTES: 1 Score (Total Time). One partner working at a time. While one partner is working, the other partner is holding a deadlift. Break up the reps however you want, but one partner cannot do it all! No minimum requirement of reps for either movement (meaning one athlete can do all muscle ups, other athlete can do all deadlifts).
WOD #2 “Untouchables”
Part A – 3 minutes for Female to establish a 1 Rep Max:
1 Hang Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Shoulder to Overhead
Part B – For time, as a team (5 min cap):

30 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20″ (Scaled = Step Ups Okay)
Part C – 3 minutes for Male to establish a 1 Rep Max:
1 Hang Squat Clean Thruster + 1 Shoulder to Overhead
NOTES: 3 Separate Scores (Total Load Female, Total Time, Total Load Male). Each partner can do as many attempts at a 1 rep max as time allows. Female must go first. Hang is from anywhere above the knee. All one movement (cannot put the bar down between movements). Partner can load bar for the other partner. PART B: Each partner must take a turn at rowing. At the change, the team completes the 30 burpee box jumps. Upon completion of the 30 burpee box jumps, the partner who did not row first, now rows ALL remaining calories. Break up the burpee box jumps however you like, but each partner must row at least 1 of the calories.
