A. EMOTM X 8 min
Odd: 6 Dead-lift (225/155)
Even: 12 Burpee

B. EMOTM X 6 min
12 Thruster (135/95)

C. 4 Min AMRAP of:
Double unders
– Must complete 400 meter “buy in” run before you start your double unders

– If you miss a round finish the reps required for that round and rest the remaining minute in which you spilled into. Keep track of missed rounds and reps in part A and part B and total number of double unders completed for part C.
