Happy One Year Anniversary to Ruination Crossfit and Its loyal members

Reminder: this Friday the 8, 9 and 12 classes are canceled so that we can do repairs to the ceiling and lights in the box.  All other classes that day are a go.  Also, we are meeting at Mission Viejo High School track for our 2nd annual Ruination Pentathlon at 8am (the box will be closed and this 8am will be our only class that day).  Come join us, it will be a ton of fun.  We’ll also be taking a new photo of the Ruination Crew and updating our blog picture (our current one is from last year’s Pentathlon).
