Learning skills is what makes Crossfit unique as a fitness program. Double
unders, muscle ups, walking on your hands and performing the Olympic lifts.
What skill do you use performed at the box that Makes you say to yourself,
“I wanna do that!”? Usually spending 15 minutes a day, a few times a week
can be all thats needed to become better at a skill. If you don’t know where
to start, just ask a coach and they’ll get you set up in the right direction.
